People ask us why we chose the name Rebel Kitchen and our answer is that we chose to be rebels for following our dreams. We were a couple of kids with a dream of opening our own restaurant in Hawaii, after years of planning and saving we made the move and in 2011 Rebel Kitchen was born. From day one our our goal was to make real food packed with flavor and most importantly made with love.

We believe in sourcing locally as well as taking care of our Aina. We get our product from local farmers, butchers, fishermen and suppliers to source what we can from our Island. We use eco friendly food packing products to minimize our impact on our environment.
